This restaurant is the bar by which others get measured. Other restaurants (their owners, managers, and staff) need to come here to observe, be trained in perfection of service, timing and quality. This restaurant has the structure of how to greet, seat, inform, and begin the ordering process. Beverage and food selection is top rate. Service is professional, thoughtful and timely. We were a party of 6 and they did not miss a beat! Great restaurant and should be top of your list for the experience.

The most amazing gluten free pasta I have ever had!!!! I highly recommend and cannot wait to eat at RPM again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent food and value compared to some of the bigger name restaurants within the hotel. Our server Will had the perfect balance of knowledge, professionalism and humor. We will definitely be returning to Water Grill on future trips to Caesars Palace.

We had an amazing night celebrating our anniversary here. The food, drinks, and service were perfect. The best part was sitting in the main dining room watching the sunset and seeing the Fremont lights. It was so great that we're planning a trip back next month for a birthday.

Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere. Yellow curry was very good. Try one of their cocktails, enjoyed the passion spice. Highly recommend this restaurant.
