We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame

First time here and we loved it. The food is amazing. Everything we had was delicious. It was pretty loud as of 8pm so perhaps not the best romantic date spot. While the service was efficient we found our server to be all business without much charm.

My husband and I were shopping at Caesars Palace on a Saturday afternoon and asked a couple of employees where is the best place to have lunch and both recommended Water Grill. We made a 12PM reservation through the website and I mentioned it was our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted right away by a friendly hostess and seated at a nice corner table with a "Happy Anniversary" card signed by a few employees and fresh rose petals! It was so thoughtful and sweet. Our waiter was Rufio and he provided exceptional customer service! He was friendly, helpful, and on top of it. For lunch we had the halibut tacos, clam chowder, and Caesar salads. Everything was delicious! Rufio surprised us with an anniversary dessert that was outstanding! Three different warm cookies topped with vanilla ice cream and a seahorse sugar cookie on top of that. It was so tasty and memorable! These efforts for our anniversary really made our lunch special. 10/10, highly recommend!

We had a beautiful brunch celebrating our friends 75th birthday. From our hostess to our and waiters, we were extremely well taken care of. They food was delicious and the staff was absolutely fantastic! Made it a very special occasion for her. We will definitely be back!
