Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in East Rockaway

Always a good meal. I had the cappelini frutti de Mar, fresh! Great staff/service

We reserved an igloo experience for my birthday and it was perfect! The igloos are so nice, so quiet. The food and service was excellent. They paced the meal perfectly, never feeling rushed. Already booked another igloo experience in the winter and cannot wait to go!

Park place is a mainstay for my wife and I. We come here for celebrations. We go whenever news occurs that cause for a moment to reflect in the ambience and enjoy incredible food. We never have bad meals there. In fact everything is quite enjoyable, always. If you book a meal here you will be able to share an excellent time with loved ones. Forever creating memories. Thank you Park Place.

Such a wonderful summer night out. They had a couple performing acoustic 70’s songs. The food was excellent. Try the pizza bites appetizer. Service was great. A must try.

My husband and I had dinner at Churchill's last night (7/25/2026). This was our second time there, the first time was about two or so years ago. Both times were really great. The food and service are excellent. The only reason I am giving four instead of five stars is because my husband found a hair in his food. Gross, I know, and it wasn't either of our hairs as it was a different color. This happened right when he was just about finished with his meal. When the waitress came over to see how everything is, my husband mentioned this to her, and she asked why we didn't bring it to her attention earlier. He said because it just happened a few minutes ago. To make a long story short, she apologized, left the table, and a few minutes later, the manager came over to us, apologized and gave us a $20 gift card for our inconvenience which I thought was so nice, but also the right thing for a business to do. We will definitely go back again, and hopefully the next time there won't be any hairs in our food! I do recommend Churchill's.
