    Nikki was not our server. Nikki was our guardian angel, life coach, hospitality wizard, and beacon of human excellence disguised as a server. From the moment we sat down, Nikki delivered service so spectacular that I briefly questioned whether I had accidentally entered heaven. Drinks appeared before we knew we wanted them. Questions were answered with the precision of a NASA engineer. Every interaction was somehow both professional and genuinely warm. Five stars feels insulting. Nikki deserves at least 47 stars. If you have the opportunity to be served by Nikki, consider yourself blessed. If you don’t, I genuinely feel sorry for you. Also bring back three cheese butter!

    My companion and I each ordered the Kaiseki set, which was fantastic. Ambience was excellent. Our server was exceptional; he explained the menu thoroughly prior to our ordering, and each course of in the Kaiseki menu as they arrived. A very enjoyable eveining, and we will be back on our next trip to Vancouver.
