Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Upper North Philadelphia

New favorite. Flawless execution start to finish. Waiter was top notch. Laughed at all my jokes. Menu interesting and diverse. Food quality was super high and the dishes were above expectations. Nothing but positives here. Critique culinnaire five out of five 🍷 🍷🍷🍷🍷. Will go back every time I’m in Philly. My only constructive critique is that the wine prices are too high but the list was great and the glasses were fresh. But $135 a glass for Fortunate Son 👀 come on now I’m not even that bougie. Nevertheless I settled for the Barolo which was 5/5. Well done Steak48….well done.

One of the best restaurants I been too ! Top tier the food is amazing the drinks is exceptional an don’t get me started on customer service from the time you walk in into the time you walk out you will get treated like kings n queens

Two words: edemame dumplings Okay needs more words than that so I’ll tell you - I’ve been dining here for 20 years and I’ve got to say it’s easily in my top 5 restaurants in the world. So consistant and incredible.

It was incredible we were in their speakeasy and it was one of a kind experience! Our server Aiden was awesome. The food was amazing too

We really enjoyed our evening at Frame. The staff was very attentive and warm. Our food was delicious. The music wasn’t too loud, and the playlist was dope. The vibe was great for a special birthday dinner. We absolutely recommend Frame for an intimate dinner experience.
