Best Restaurants for Business Meals in Alhambra

La Boucherie turned a tired evening into one of the highlights of our stay! We had just checked into the hotel and were too tired to go anywhere, so we decided to head upstairs for dinner. What an amazing surprise! The restaurant is beautiful, and the views are incredible. I could easily see myself coming back for a romantic dinner or a night out with a group. They also offer private tables, which we were told had a $500 minimum. Once you factor in steak and a bottle of wine, that feels much more approachable than it initially sounds! What really made the experience special was the service. Our server, Joaquin, and his assistant, Daniel H., were both wonderful. Joaquin shared that he has been with the restaurant since it opened nine years ago, and his knowledge and impeccable service really showed. They made us feel so well taken care of throughout the evening. We ordered the octopus, ribeye, and whipped potatoes, paired with a 2022 Ghost Block Cabernet Sauvignon. Everything was cooked to perfection. I honestly would not change a thing about our meal! If you love wine, ask about the wine cellar. We were told it holds more than 900 bottles! Whether you are staying at the hotel or live nearby, La Boucherie is absolutely worth a visit. Come for the views, stay for the food, and hopefully you will have the pleasure of being taken care of by Joaquin and Daniel H.!

The ambiance at the Arbour is relaxed and classy. The menu is varied and it was difficult to pare down our choices to only a few. The oysters were sweet, the beet salad refreshing, and the salmon and pork chop flavorful and perfectly prepared. The creative dessert of blackberries, lemon curd, butter cookies and sunflower seed brittle was out of this world!! Fantastic assembly of flavors. Tom was our server and couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. Great dining experience.

Our Server, Evan was the best and made a difference in our experience. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and absolutely on top of everything. He didn’t miss a beat. He had wonderful recommendations and if a plate wasn’t delicious he took care of it. Evan is the reason we would return!
