We had such a special birthday dinner. The food was exceptional. Totally delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. It was a truly wonderful evening celebrating my birthday with dear friends. Perfect!

Super night out. Top quality food and wine. We had snacks, starters, Tbone, desserts and a bottle of white and then red. A couple of cocktails. Perfectly paced service. Good chat from the staff. It was our first visit but we will definitely come back.

All the little extras - crisps to start, bread with lashings of butter, super service without being overbearing - amazing chefs, delicious house wine - menu to suit all tastes and not break the bank. Loved it! Of course we will be back!!

We had tea for 3 people. The sandwiches are very good and the scones are exceptional-very light and fluffy. The décor of the restaurant is luxurious and the seatings are very comfortable. The staff is family. All in all we have a very enjoyable afternoon tea with some delicious cakes to take home

    Simply superb! A table for 3 on a busy Saturday night at this brilliant restaurant and it was as wonderful as always - no wonder it is celebrating 25 years! The welcome is warm and the service is excellent, attentive but not intrusive. The a la carte menu, 3 courses for £75, was extraordinary value for the imaginative, beautiful and exquisite food we ate. A very good selection for each course. Our only challenge was picking just 3 desserts, a challenge we failed because we picked a 4th for the table to share. A particular highlight was the venison main course. Finally the wine, I am always happy to trust Sarah to pick the right wine for our dinner and once again she suggested a delicious red which went so well with the venison.
