Best Restaurants for People Watching in MiMo / Upper East Side

Spent anniversary here with my girlfriend. It was a great experience.

Hands down the best service, Food. The team works together ,they are very knowledgeable on Wines/champagne & helpful on what to order for food. Atmosphere is fun and elegant and exciting. 

Franco made the experience so enjoyable and nurturing. Excelente service, food and ambiance. The sushi with truffle it’s outstanding

My dinner at MILA on Friday evening was nothing short of extraordinary. As someone who has dined at many fine restaurants over the years, I can honestly say this was one of the most impressive restaurant experiences I have ever had. The food was absolutely stunning—beautifully presented, incredibly creative, and, most importantly, delicious. Every dish looked like a work of art, yet the flavors were even better than the presentation. It is rare to find a restaurant that executes both aesthetics and taste at such a high level. In my opinion, the cuisine is worthy of Michelin-star recognition. The atmosphere is equally remarkable. Whether you choose to dine outdoors, indoors, upstairs, downstairs, or enjoy the rooftop views, each area offers its own unique charm. The space is sophisticated yet comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The rooftop in particular adds a special touch and makes the experience feel truly unique. What elevated the evening from excellent to unforgettable was the service. I have eaten at many upscale restaurants, and the level of hospitality here was among the best I have ever encountered. The staff was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest had a perfect experience. Glasses were never empty, needs were anticipated before being mentioned, and every interaction felt warm and sincere. From the cuisine to the ambiance to the impeccable service, Mueller delivered on every level. This is the type of restaurant that reminds you why dining out can be such a special experience. I left thoroughly impressed and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended. Five stars without hesitation.

The food was amazing, our waiter was a delight! I had the Branzino and hubby had the Lamb Pasta. We both loved our food. I had a Negroni made (requested it to be made with Don Julio tequila). No desserts caught our eyes...but overall the experience was great! I'd come back!
