What an incredibly ambitious and diverse menu incorporating Japanese influences seamlessly into Italian cuisine. We had the roasted eel which was fabulous -perfectly deboned, followed by the sea urchin and crab linguine which was excellent . Being truffle season we also enjoyed a white truffled baked potato along with veal scalopine. Service was terrific in such a festive buzzy atmosphere.
