He was so eloquent in his explanations of the menu and options, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The ambiance was beautiful and the food and drinks were outstanding. Our favorite items, recommended by Chris, were the Scallops à la Parmesana and the Cebiche Amazonico. We saw the very cute and fun looking cup for the Cremolada de Fresa at the bar and wanted to know which drink it was, and after Chris was helpful in informing us, we all ordered this drink and it became our favorite of the night. Our dessert, the Chocolucuma, satisfied our sweet tooth without being too sweet, and we loved it! I’ve heard amazing things about Amazonia and I am so glad it exceeded all my expectations.
