Best Romantic Restaurants in Astrodome

Good food, good service! We love this restaurant and always have a great experience!

Okto was one of our favorite meals in Houston to date.. they anticipated the cold weather and placed us inside despite an outside reservation. Our cocktails were fantastic and they had great wine recommendations for our meal. The octopus was phenomenal and we paired with the Frena which was equally delicious and priced well. The lamb was tender and delicious and the squid ink linguine was also great. We were celebrating a birthday so got dessert and some complimentary gelato and champagne as well which a great surprise from the excellent and kind staff! Overall, fantastic experience

We had charred okra, the Mediterranean salad and a pepperoni pizza. All were delicious. Service was excellent, perfect amount of time between drinks, appetizer, salad and meal. Waiter was attentive but we did not feel rushed. Only complaint is the tables are very close together and as it gets busier it becomes very loud. Would recommend earlier reservation if you wanted to avoid that. We will definitely be back!

Celebrated a late Christmas with some friends and had a fantastic time! Guillermo is very knowledgeable and had wonderful recommendations as we were first time guests. The ambience is eclectic and stunning. Be sure to check out the floral light fixture by the bar area— I now want it in my home. Also wanted to note that the individual bathrooms are genius. The food was beautifully presented. We are a family style group and tried probably half of the menu. Caviar is a must. My only suggestion would be to add a bit of salt on the butter for bread and butter service. Other than that, yummy food. The cocktails we had were well balanced and PERFECTLY made, kudos to the bartender that night. Thank you to the Marigold Team for a wonderful evening!
