We love this restaurant so it's very hard for me to write a short critique about it. To give it the excellent review it deserves, I have to use every wonderful adjective in the dictionary and all that still won't come close to the joy my husband and I feel when we eat there. From the moment we walk in the door, we are greeted with respect and friendliness and shown to our favorite table. The items that are chosen on the menu for patrons to enjoy are perfectly done and created with an extensive knowledge of a great combination of flavors for every palette to savor. That said, for the main course, we always order the duck breast. Why? Because it is sooooooo good and a treat for us that we don't cook at home. Recently, we have fallen in lust with their mushroom soup. Every spoonful is a decadent delight and something that definitely needs to be slowly swallowed and loved. Plus, the amazing servers understand timing. If you request a "drawn out evening" they will accommodate and time the courses perfectly, letting you taste and talk and sip without rushing you or conversely taking too long between courses. Both were served warm and promptly by our food server Jolene, Jolene is congenial ,friendly, knowledgeable and a delight o have as a food server.
