Overall a very good dinner. Food was delicious. We were the first customers to try a new fall squash dish and it did not disappoint. A truly delicious meal!! Would definitely recommend Plate as a go to Stowe restaurant.

The whole experience was excellent. The food's presentation, flavor and variety was equivalent to a NYC Michelin Rated restaurant with one exception - Chef Monette's portions were significantly larger, very reasonably priced and sourced from local farm to table. If you are a foody, we would highly recommend enjoying this new local restaurant in St. Albans, VT. PS - Leave room for the desserts - a specialty for them.

The food was outstanding. Well seasoned salmon, generous portion and cooked perfectly. Delicious roasted vegetables. The bread pudding is enough for two and delicious. Coffee with desert wasn’t hot but quickly replaced. The waiters Jake and Susan were friendly and attentive. Scott the manager made sure everyone had what they needed. All in all 5 stars.
