This French restaurant is truly a gem, with exquisite food, beautiful presentation, and an atmosphere that makes you feel transported straight to France. We live between London, England and Calgary, Alberta and eat at some of the best Michelin Star Restaurants because our son is a Michelin Star chief in London. You have definitely elevated the palates of those in Canada from the basic to an experience. We will definitely continue to dine at Salt and Brick Calgary.
