Best Seasonal Restaurants in Chelmsford

We were greeted when we arrived by a lovely waitress. Seated straight away and made to feel welcome Menu was brought to us and choices were described Ordered our food and it was served in a very timely fashion, asked if sauces etc were wanted, all done with a smile. Food was hot and delicious. Very very good value for money. Exceptional customer service thank you

As usual, great menu, delicious food and excellent service. Two of us usually have the salmon on the specials board and 2 of us have the battered fish. We come here for family birthdays and always have a superb meal in comfortable surroundings with a warm welcome from the staff and a beautiful flower display outside. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We started outside with excellent service & when the rain hit moved inside. The stacked pancakes for dessert were delayed for some reason so we asked for a takeaway box. When the bill came the waitress said they had taken the pancakes off as an apology for the delay & not having them on time, which was a lovely gesture and amazing customer service. We are locals & eat at Bills regularly and little gestures like that mean we will always be back! Thank you to the super waitress who served us on this occasion.

Thoroughly enjoyed our mid-week brunch with a pint and the value for money was very good.
