Excellent food, beer/cider, service and ambiance - will certainly be back. Took one star off food as could have had more veg with the excellent pheasant cottage pie.

Very helpful and understanding about a person cancelling. We also explained that all of us are traveling a distance and with the storm forecast we may not be able to attend. Also happy to add a dog to our booking with a dog friendly table. Very welcoming on arrival and our family gathering was a success, thank you

My wife and I visited The Ivy in Cheltenham last night with two friends, and what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish! The service was absolutely impeccable, from the warm welcome we received at the door to the moment we left. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the attention to detail throughout the evening was exceptional. The food was simply outstanding – genuinely some of the best I have ever eaten. Beautifully presented, full of flavour and cooked to perfection. A real credit to the kitchen team. If I were to be slightly critical, the drinks were a little on the pricey side, and the restaurant could have been a couple of degrees warmer. However, we understood there had been power outages earlier in the day, so this was entirely understandable and certainly didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful evening. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and one that absolutely deserves five stars. We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ivy Cheltenham to anyone looking for exceptional food, first-class service and a memorable evening out. Well done to the entire team!

We really enjoyed our lunch. The food was lovely especially the chips which were huge. My only suggestion is a sign that tells you where to go if you’ve reserved a table as I was actually told by another customer. It was easy to find though with our name on the table. Definitely visiting again,

We had the lunchtime menu which included a drink. The food was superb and just the right amount. It was a lovely sunny day and of course the views from the dining room were spectacular. Would definitely recommend 😊
