Best Vegan Restaurants in Maynard

Everything was so lovely! The decor and ambience is whimsical and sophisticated. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food itself was absolutely delicious. The short rib was spectacular! We will definitely be coming back, it’s a perfect place for date night.

My husband and I tried the tasting menu. He tried the pescatarian and I had the omnivore. It was great to try both. I had the wine and cheese pairing and the chef paired everything perfectly. Excitedly to try it again!

Alden & Harlow never fails to satisfy! Really good food! On this night in my party of three, almost all the food was excellent. Swordfish, squash, kale salad – all delicious. There was some confusion about the pork rillette — the person who ordered it didn’t realize it was just bread w/a tiny jar of pork jam. (A really strange sort of dish all around.) We all thought the plate of bread that arrived was something for the table, offered by default. So she kept asking the server where her pork was and the server never said “it’s already here on the table.” Much confusion could’ve been avoided by a) customer understanding what rillette is and b) the server giving a better answer when customer thought the order hadn’t arrived. But all in all, still a good experience and nice restaurant atmosphere.

My 3 friends and I enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks! The popovers were the perfect way to start off our meal, followed by delicious brussels sprouts and burrata with bruschetta and a couple of entrees to share. Drinks were interesting and tasty! It's a cozy atmosphere and we did not feel rushed. Our server was very well informed about the drinks and menu and provided great service. We'll be back again soon!

Bullfinches is one of our all-time favorite places to eat. The last visit, we had Emily (as our hostess - one of our favorites), and Natasha was our server who was also fabulous. We are always able to relax and enjoy our time at Bullfinches knowing that we will have great food, great service, and a lovely place to spend an evening. Five stars always.
