Stella, the restaurant at the Ghost Light Inn, is inspired by seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers over 100 seats for indoor and outdoor dining, plus separate private spaces for events and gatherings. Inside, the main dining room showcases river views, a welcoming bar, freestanding tables, and cozy booths centered around a glowing gas fireplace. Outside, the deck features freestanding tables, counter seating, a wood-burning fireplace, overhead heaters, and screens that can be raised or lowered to enclose the space when needed. During the summer months, the ground-floor waterfront areas open for additional dining. Guests can enjoy the outdoor bar with high-top and regular seating under a covered patio, or settle at one of the umbrella-shaded tables along the promenade. Red Adirondack chairs on the promenade and the nearby grassy knoll invite guests to relax with a beverage and soak in the sweeping river views.

    Our experience at Maddy Rose was a wonderful one! Our server Alex was spectacular. We started with the wagyu meatballs with whipped ricotta and the whipped burrata with peaches and duck prosciutto. Both great starters. Our entrees were delicious, Drinks were great and the atmosphere was lovely. Our server even offered to get a photo of us on the deck! Will definitely be back!

    Our server Jack was the best. He was attentive but did not rush us and let us chat. He provided suggestions for food and drinks. The portions were large. The food was delicious with so many flavors.

    Decided to dine here with my wife to celebrate her birthday. I notified the restaurant of the occasion, and they made us feel welcomed from the time we walked in until my check came. Great intimate atmosphere and service! Our server Dominique was great, attentive to us during our dining experience, seating us by the window with the waterfront view, and even placing a candle on her cheesecake which was delicious! I can honestly say that I glad I made the choice to dine here and treat my queen to a great experience for her birthday.

    The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and made sure that even though I was late for my reservation, I had plenty of time to make it to the show. I had such a great experience.
