After checking in for my reservation with the friendly hostess, she escorted me to the outdoor seating area that I had requested, to enjoy the warmth of the day. Once seated, I was greeted by one of the friendly servers whose name I didn’t catch, who was ready to take a drink order, but I opted to wait until my friend arrived. When ready, a different server with a ready smile, named Tia, took our order. I chose a glass of robust chianti, and my friend ordered a colorful aperol spritz. We both decided on pizzettes from the Happy Hour selections—mine was spinach, mushroom and parmesan cheese, and hers the smoked salmon, mascarpone cheese, capers, and onions. To start, we enjoyed the flavorful, warm, right-out-of-the- oven, homemade focaccia bread with herb butter and extra virgin olive oil and balsamic. Both of our pizzettes were prepared to perfection, and our server Tia was very attentive. All on all, a very enjoyable experience.
