    I have dined at The Dysart previously. This most recent visit was a birthday celebration and we chose the set menu with wine pairing. The food was exquisite, the flavours so subtle, fresh and delicious. The wines were perfectly matched with each course, Barny, the sommelier (and joint owner) was knowledgeable and engaging. The waitresses were attentive but not intrusive. Absolutely delightful restaurant, we had a lovely evening. Thank you! 🙏

    Great Sushi. So many places serve poor sushi but Sakura does it properly. Good rice, well cut fish and a decent portion size. Yakiniku was good too though it might be worthwhile providing dipping sauces for that too.
