Best Historic Restaurants in Goldenrod

Dinner was spectacular! Everything we ordered was delicious. Our favorites were definitely the crab cake and the lobster flatbread—both were outstanding. We also had the Wagyu beef and the salmon, and everything was perfectly prepared. The service was excellent as well. Our server was very attentive throughout the evening and made the experience even more enjoyable. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and wonderful service. We would definitely come back!

My wife’s 80+ birthday, asked for lake view table when I made the reservation, which we were seated at when we arrived. Cheerful waitress, excellent food and service ( as we were accustomed to here). It made the birthday one to remember. Thank you Russell’s!!!

I would give 10/5 stars if I could. The service was above and beyond. I came here for a business lunch, but it was also my client’s birthday. The client was BLOWN AWAY by how well we were treated and how special he felt. Every request I made was followed perfectly and executed with precision. The server, Anjelica was excellent. The staff all worked together to help me give an elevated experience to my client. They were all very friendly. And the food. Executive Chef Mary cooked the food, and it tasted amazing. The salmon was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The steak was amazing as well. The cheesecake I recommend. Stephanie, the host was so kind. I stopped in the day before and she helped me get prepared. She recommended I sit in a specific spot and it was a great choice. I am so grateful for your help in closing this contract. Will be back in the future. And this is something Kres has been doing for years. I visited for the first time in 2019 for a dinner date and the service was good also. On top of all this, the food is very affordable and high quality it is a no brainer to come to Kres.

The food was absolutely spectacular, and the service was just as amazing. We loved everything we ordered and had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. This place is truly a hidden gem in Winter Park! We were so impressed that we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommended — 100%!

Fantastic atmosphere and service. Limited food choices. Salmon was excellent. Steak Mac was very good, not great. Bruschetta starter was great. Peach cobbler was good but pretty standard. Would go again and order something different.
