Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Finsbury Park

Very nice and authentic Italian food as you find it rarely outside of Italy. Homemade pasta with a fantastic and silky sauce (best Carbonara of my life), amazing crunchy, not too oily focaccia, ideal to dip the sauces with, and all this in a refreshingly non-touristy and casual atmosphere in Islington. Only criticism would be that the coffee machine was turned off before having dessert (at around 21:50), that doesn‘t fit great into the Italian concept (and to my Espresso loving husband). But then again, mistakes make them human, right?

We availed of the summer set and it was good value for money, considering the location, the food, and service. Overall, we were very satisfied. They even gave a little dessert for my husband who was a birthday celebrant that day. Highly recommended!

We stopped for a lunchtime meal and sat outside at a table beautifully positioned in the shade. The food was excellent and the service very good. We had a relaxed lunch of the Bubala Knows Best meal and it was perfect. Good taste and delivered in a calm relaxed manner by our great host. We’ll certainly be back……..and probably sooner than later.

This is an excellent restaurant in a very cool part of London. The service was excellent and they took great care with my allergy. The meat was flavorful and rich. We found the appetizers/snacks to be of good size for sharing. We would dine here again without hesitation

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and in large quantities. Very good musicians. Loud music, but just right for the place.
