The filet was one of the best I have ever tasted! It was very tender, cooked to perfection (medium rare) and a flavorful sear. I paired the filet with an Argentina Malbec. I tasted a bite of the chicken and it was excellent. We finished the meal with an apple pecan crisp with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The service and atmosphere were top notch.
