We really enjoyed our dinner at Insignia. Thomas was a great waiter, as were his partners. The service really added to our dining experience. The food was also delicious with lots of options to choose from. We have dined at Insignia before and this was by far, our best experience there. They really seemed to have improved in all areas. It has always been good, but last night was great.

We sat out in the “patio” area and our server Kelly was super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations…Burris tacos were fabulous. As well as the camarones ceviche…the only thing our party did not care for was the octopus app.. it was very chewy and probably should have been grilled…but everything else was great and we would definitely go back!

From the second we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff. The service was very good! They even brought us champagne to celebrate my daughter passing the bar! And every one that worked there congratulated her when they walked past. It’s the little things like that, thag make a big impression . The food was out of this world delicious! We will be back! I brought a friend to Blackstone for his birthday. He had never been there before. He was BLOWN AWAY! First, the service is just impeccable. From the beautiful, friendly greeter to the busboys, everyone is friendly and they seem genuinely happy to help in any way. The restaurant itself is just stunning. It is a huge place, but you still feel intimate enough to enjoy your conversation and not feel crowded at all at the tables. Dress is casual dressy. Most of the guests looked classy and well put together. My friend couldn't believe how many people were there on a quiet Thursday night We saw the infamous Sal who came over to greet us. He is the picture of class and so sweet. He knows everything about everything. Our waitress, Jessica, was so friendly and helpful. She was so happy and answered all of our questions with a big smile. Best service in a really long time. Then, came the food. I know that whatever I write here will not do it justice, but I will do my best. We started with the fresh Semolina bread and dipped it in the delicious oil. Then, came the main course! A perfectly seared, medium rare Porterhouse for two. It isn't cheap, but it is worth every single cent! They bring it to the table and slice it up. The first bite is so incredibly tasty and the knife cuts through it like butter. I closed my eyes and relished that delicious fresh, satisfying bite of perfectly aged Porterhouse. Wow! We got the mushroom risotto and a baked potato on the side. They did not disappoint. The mushroom risotto was so creamy and tasty. It was really delicious and perfectly cooked. For dessert, they brought a fresh apple cider donut with this delicious cream on it. Yummy! We also ordered a creme brulée. It was perfection, with a crispy, savory crust and just the right amount of sweetness in the cream. It was the perfect ending to a perfect meal! Don't cheat yourself! Go to Blackstone and experience perfection in every way. Thank you for a wonderfully delicious evening!

Our date night at the Halston is usually Saturday. We went this past Friday night instead. As always, The Halston does not disappoint. I ended up trying the Prime Rib special for the first time and it was absolutely mouthwatering. We had appetizers along with lychee martinis and All was made to perfection . We also indulged in the banana cream, pie dessert . Quite the Yum!! Our server Gina as always , was fun and a lot of laughs -a great conversationalist . She is a big part of us going to Halston‘s every weekend. Another five star night ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lobster Roll: all others pale in comparison. Shrimp Pappardelle: excellent! Lobster sauce was soooo good! Cauliflower “steak” over “risotto” with spinach (chef accommodation for vegan entree): the best cauliflower “steak”. Perfectly roasted and seasoned. The “risotto” was an unexpected surprise that was thoroughly enjoyed! The service was top notch as always: friendly, attentive, and engaging.
