Our server was amazing we enjoyed her upbeat happy, friendly and attention to detail. The food was delicious. Finally a fun place to go in Coquitlam.

The Copper Room is a delightful old-fashioned hotel restaurant, distinguished by excellent service and live music and dancing throughout the evening. Many people come to the hotel for relaxation in the hot pools and spa, and an evening at the Copper Room is a perfect way to end a day of relaxation. The service is always excellent - we have been many times and are always impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable servers. Because we enjoy dancing we have often asked that our meals be served when the band takes a break, and this can be usually arranged for us (except on very busy nights, which is understandable). The food follows a fairly traditional format with a "west coast" vibe. Portions are a good size and meals arrive hot. This time we particularly enjoyed three appetizers - the beef carpaccio, the hot crab/shrimp dip, and the baked Brie (very nicely presented). The miso salmon main course was a hearty meal, and the pasta dishes are generous and tasty. There is a good selection of wine at reasonable prices.

Fantastic food, exemplary service, and a warm, cozy, and quiet atmosphere combined to make our family birthday dinner a wonderful and memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!
