Excellent night and spot to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to Sam and the rest of the team who were great! Thank you to the chefs as well- we requested for the sawsawan on the side as none of our dishes came with it because a friend said it was one of the best she'd ever had and the kitchen generously sent it across. Also, the cassava cake needs to be publicised more! It deserves the sisig taco hype!
Just a tiny piece of feedback would be- that the Mindanao flatbread, while made perfectly, is a little bit of a basic presence on the menu. If a more simpler down version of the woodfired bread (let's say without the yolk or chicken skin) could be on offer that would be fab!
