RIVA is the best restaurant in Düsseldorf, we always reserve a table when we are in town, from the food, drinks to the atmosphere and service everything is just perfect. If you want to be spontaneous then just ask Rene the Chef to decide the menu, you will be amazed be the kitchen creatively.

We enjoyed our meal greatly, with extremely friendly service and delicious food. There is a decent wine list, and the desserts were surprisingly creative and delicate. Given the weather, we had to sit inside, though the terrace looked beautiful. From our table at the window, we enjoyed the view of the park and lake.

Had my birthday dinner here while on vacation in Cologne and it was wonderful! The food was great and affordable! They surprised me with a birthday dessert which was such a nice surprise! Definitely recommend.
