The DeSimone's Steakhouse is nestled in the mountains, near Hoover Dam, inside the Railroad Pass Casino and Hotel, serving quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood and Italian dishes in an Old Vegas setting.     Bachhanal Buffet is like what was expected based on our research, and more. As lovers of all things crustacean, we definitely enjoyed the plentiful crab legs, lobster claws, prawns, Dungeness crab and shrimp. What was a pleasant surprise was how they have so much more, and everything was really good. We indulged in salmon, prime rib, duck, as well as tasty grilled vegetables and Boursin mashed potatoes. Desserts were equally delicious with just about anything you could imagine. Smart serving sizes helped keep you from really overdoing it. Overall it was a lovely experience, and one I would recommend to others.

    Best dining experience in Vegas! Our waiter Ahmed not only waited on us but waited on us like we were VIP, explained every dish, plus a little background of Ramsay and the restaurant. The food was ridiculous- everything from the Caesar salad with its Parmesan chips to the short rib was spot on. The Mac and cheese was rich and flavorful and the toffee pudding for dessert was definitely an experience. Will be back next time we’re in Vegas. Not just for the food but for the service and environment.

    Took my mom here for brunch to celebrate her birthday…food was delicious!! Our server was delightful…I just wish I had remembered that it was a Sunday and that football was going on—it was slightly louder than was comfortable (but that was my poor planning).
