Frank's Steaks is an Established Steakhouse since 1988. We have been Zagat Rated Restaurant for the past 20 years and have a strong, dedicated customer base. The Zagat Survey has said: "Best Skirt Steak on Earth," Filet Mignon Like Butter" and "The Cow's Meow". Frank's Steaks is a casual but fine dining establishment with a reputation for serving the highest & best quality foods available at the markets. At first glance our prices may seem high but compared to our competition we offer a great value for your money. Our Prime Aged meats are as good as any steakhouse in the entire country. We have many signature dishes beginning with our 16oz. Marinated Skirt Steak served with Caramelized Sautéed Onions. Our 26oz Bone-In Cowboy Garlic Ribeye Steak is a customer favorite and our 43oz Porterhouse for Two is tasty & terrific! But Remember at Frank's Steaks "We Ain't Just Steaks. Private party facilities
Our private room is available 7 nights a week when available. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons we rent the entire restaurant for parties until 6 pm. The business community uses our locations for a variety of presentations and client entertainment. With enough room to hold projector style conference dinners for up to 14 - 50 guests.

You allowed me to make a reservation at your restaurant even thought it had been closed for weeks. We drove all the way there for a birthday dinner and the doors were covered in signs about Landlord issues. So disappointed in your service for allowing that. I was looking forward to it for days. Ruined birthday.

This restaurant is closed. Although I confirmed my reservation with OpenTable the day before, my party of 8 arrived and there were notices on the door that the restaurant is closed due to a building structural issue. There were others who had a reservation as well, who arrived along with us. The restaurant did not have the decency and professionalism to reach out to those of us with reservations to let us know. We had to scramble to find a nearby restaurant to accommodate us for my mother's birthday dinner. My understanding is they are permanently closed. Very sad as my family has been going to Frank's for decades.

I have seen this quaint little neighborhood before but never been in. Yesterday was my one year wedding anniversary and we decided to try it out. I called in because i noticed they closed at 9 online and our reservation is at 8:45. John, the manager, assured me that the kitchen closes at 9 but the bar stays open until 10. I told him i had class until 8:30 and hr even suggested we call and order the food ahead of time. We did just that and the food was being brought to the table a few minutes after we arrived. The food was delicious and the servings just right. We will definitely be coming back.
