Ciutat Vella Restaurants

Cecconi’s was delicious as always. I’ve noted on this trip that restaurants tend to penalize you with poorer tables when you book through open table. Despite making this booming weeks ago for a special occasion we were given a so-so table next to the serving well and with a view for only one in the party. The service was impacted slightly in that 3 waiters were completely distracted folding napkins. That should have all been done before the restaurant opening. Food portions were larger than cecconi London, though not quite to the same standard.

This place was very live when we visited, food was great, tasted lovely. We can surely recommend this place and the staff was very helpful.

The small bar appearance gives way to an extensive restaurant with great ambience. The lobster paella was fantastic and the service was very good.
