We are an Italian restaurant owned by an Italian chef, Nino Sindona, who insists on cooking food the way it's done in Italy, using only the freshest ingredients, and our pasta is homemade daily.     We had reservations and were seated quickly, about a 5 minute wait. Our server was wonderful and dinner was delicious. We started with the bruschetta and my husband had a filet & ravioli special and I had the gnocchi with a tasty butternut sauce. We will certainly be back.

    We made reservations based on a friend’s recommendation and Ember definitely did not disappoint. The food was delicious and there was plenty for the two of us. Our server and staff were very attentive. Our drinks were always full and our banchans were topped off when needed. We ordered Feast B and enjoyed each “course”. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a unique and delicious experience.

    We had a wonderful dining experience today, January 1st! The food was so very good (I had the glazed chicken breast... Yummy and hubby had seafood paella which he loved). But our server, Limari, really made our dining experience so special. You can tell she really loves her job!
