I would expect nothing less from chef Bobby Flay and I was right. The ambiance was wonderful and the food was fabulous. I never thought I could be wowed by potato chips and blue cheese. Took our family here for a great evening of fantastic food and a dining "experience." We are chefs, as as such we are huge foodies. Belle Harlem is like eating at the home of a wonderful chef, and they make it very easy to sample many items from their carefully thought out menu. Great service and incredibly friendly environment. Oh. My. God. I've never had a meal like this in my life, the highs were Everest and the lows were totally down to my personal preferences. It was a magical journey of taste that brought me to places I never thought I would enjoy and when it went round familiar paths the experience was sublime. The drink pairings were right on the mark and the one drink I didn't like matched the dish so well I could enjoy it just for that(still too strong for my palate though.) 10 out of 10, if I was rich I'd go there tomorrow but since I'm not I'll wait for the next special event that comes my way.
