                                                  Despite having a reservation, we faced an extremely long queue. The staff spoke only English and barely any German, which made communication difficult. There were no vegetarian options on the menu—something that is almost unimaginable these days. Although we had mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday and the table was decorated, our table was consistently skipped during the birthday celebrations. When it came time to pay, they refused to split the bill because we were sitting at the same table. Initially, they also refused to accept coupons for dessert. Furthermore, when the birthday person tried to redeem a voucher—which was valid exclusively for the Hard Rock Berlin—a manager had to be called in to resolve the issue… all in all, a very disappointing experience with exceptionally poor service!

                                                  Went on a Tuesday night and it has been the worst experience we have had at any hard rock café, especially as we've been here multiple times over our last 4 trips to Berlin. Service was slow at the bar and we waited ages to pay for our drinks after receiving them. After being shown to our table, we waited around 20 minutes to be served and the mains came at different times. Burger meal was fine however 2 times mac and cheese meals weren't as good as previous visits. Servers were friendly and did apologise for the wait as there was a large group upstairs.

                                                  Wir hatten am Samstag um 13:30 Uhr eine Reservierung für den Bottomless Brunch. Als wir ankamen, informierte uns unsere Bedienung Anna, dass der Brunch nur bis 14:00 Uhr angeboten wird. Darauf wurden wir weder bei der Reservierung hingewiesen noch vom Host, der uns platzierte und uns direkt die Karten mit dem Brunch-Menü gab. Anna kümmerte sich sofort um unser Anliegen, fragte beim Supervisor nach und gab uns schließlich die Rückmeldung, dass es in Ordnung sei. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Service von Anna! Sie war unglaublich aufmerksam, jederzeit für uns da und hat sich wirklich für uns eingesetzt. Sie war mit Abstand das Beste an unserem Besuch! Leider nahm der Aufenthalt bei der Rechnung eine unangenehme Wendung. Wir hatten mit etwa 80 € gerechnet, erhielten jedoch zunächst eine Rechnung über 171 € und ein paar Cent. Anna kümmerte sich sofort darum, verwies uns nach Rücksprache jedoch an den Supervisor. Anschließend wurde uns eine neue, für uns kaum nachvollziehbare Rechnung über 93 € vorgelegt. Obwohl auch dieser Betrag für uns nicht schlüssig war, bezahlten wir zunächst. Erst auf dem Weg zum Ausgang wurde uns klar, dass die Abrechnung überhaupt keinen Sinn ergab und wir möglicherweise zu viel bezahlt hatten. Wir fragten am Empfang nach dem Manager. Während uns erklärt wurde, welche Bestandteile des Brunch-Menüs angeblich nicht enthalten seien, kam schließlich Malon dazu, um die Situation zu beruhigen. Am Ende erhielten wir ungefähr 30 € zurück, ohne dass die gesamte Abrechnung für uns nachvollziehbar wurde. Nach diesem Hin und Her hatten wir keine Lust mehr, weiter über die Rechnung zu diskutieren, und sind gegangen. Mein Fazit: Dank Anna war unser Aufenthalt schön. Der Umgang mit der Abrechnung war hingegen enttäuschend und intransparent. Bei einem Restaurant, in dem man entsprechend Geld bezahlt, erwarte ich eine klare Kommunikation und vor allem eine nachvollziehbare, korrekte Rechnung.

But for a Hard Rock Cafe, playing pop music is ridiculous, not one rock song was played during mu visit I dont think. Requested a song and wasnt done. Totally ruins the vibe. I was at glasgow hard rock cafe all the time back home and the vibe was amazing untill they shut it down for no reason. Music is a big part of why I visit these places and the mysic lastnight was pathetic. Jason derulo? Really?
