We booked online for a table at 16:00pm as we had a show to go to after, we were promptly seated and welcomed by front of desk staff. The restaurant was a little quiet when we arrived, but soon began to fill when the shops had closed. Jill our waitress was superb from start to finish and provided excellent service and banter throughout. All of the staff in the restaurant had a very friendly happy vibe, with the exception of who I assume was the manager, she would appear occasionally and had a face like thunder and instantly would snipe at staff make them clearly uncomfortable. I appreciate management have the right to address any issues with staff, but it’s my opinion this should be done in private or with a little more discretion.

The food was terrible ..burger meat was dry and charcoal in texture. The hot fudge pudding ice cream was vanilla scoops not proper ice cream as the picture shows . Awful service started the meal at 545 left at nearly 8pm due to delays in food. We will never eat here again

Service was great. An issue with one starter but was more than rectified when the main came. NY Strip was the most tenderest steak that husband ever had…and we’ve had a lot of steak elsewhere. Steak Salad was amazing. Don’t know how you seasoned the salad but the way the flavours complemented each other was something else. Cocktails were fab. Really good value compared to other places we’ve eaten, where the service was abysmal and food nothing to shout about : So we’ll be back!

First time in Hard Rock for dinner. As soon as we walked up the customer service was excellent from the guys on the door, to being seated and our server Lane was brilliant. A very happy welcome from everyone. both my partner and I got burgers and they were outstanding. Cocktails were brilliant too. Overall an amazing experience and will 100% come back for dinner again.

Myself and my friend attended last night and had an amazing time 👌 Laine brought us our food and drinks and was such a kind and friendly guy who made such effort to ensure we enjoyed our experience! The food was amazing and we didn't wait long 👏👏!! Cocktails were delicious and the food and drinks was brilliant value. We will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family!

The food we had was very tasty, and kids portions were very generous. Also, nice touch to hand out kids activity packs to keep them busy. However there was little atmosphere in the restaurant and most of the staff looked a little worse for wear. One of our dishes was forgotten about and had to be cooked from scratch and delivered to table when most other had already finished their meal. Not a terrible experience but not great either.

Server was great (refill jill) - very attentive and enthusiastic. Drinks were good and plenty refills. The main courses were all delicious and polished off quickly. Really enjoyed the twisted Mac n cheese. The fudge brownie sundae looked amazing but the brownie part wasn’t good … it was a wee bit tasteless and brick hard. Only thing that could have been better ! Ice cream was good. We’d still return though

We arrived and sat at our table we weren’t told that there was no hot dogs to which the kids were all gutted about. Once picking other food options we waited an hour for it to come. My partner ordered chicken fajitas which had no salsa sauce so was extremely dry he couldn’t really eat it. I had bbq ribs which was good size portion but also a bit dry with no extra sauce for them and really dry homemade coleslaw. While we all got served food my son was waiting for about 7mins while we were all half way through our meals. It was just a kids max cheese so wasn’t sure why I wasn’t ready with everything else. We waited another 20 mins just for kids ice creams to come. Doubt we will be back. Music was so loud. Cocktails were nice tho

Had a table of 7, all 7 of us got a burger for our main and everyone’s burger was dry. By far the worst burger we have ever had at a restaurant. Was charged £30 for service aswell which we weren’t keen on paying after the way the food was. Will definitely not be back
