Disappointing and embarrassing. The restaurant was full, we couldn’t hear each other at all and although we had a reservation we got offered the worst table in the restaurant - completely isolated and on forgotten corner. I had to ask very loudly a waiter where the restroom is and he just waived annoyed at me that he would be there in a second (he could have just pointed to the direction, he wasn’t even holding anything honestly) and -shockingly- he never actually came back. Then we noticed that the waitress for our section of tables was nowhere to be found so we tried to contact another waiter, who just told us that he wasn’t responsible for us. After almost 30 minutes (half an hour!) our waitress came to the section, first went to the table next to us who already were eating and only then came to ask what we would order. When I complained about sitting for 30 minutes without any service, her response was “the restaurant is full tonight.” Not even an apology in the first place or even a compensation offer or any professional reaction whatsoever. Therefore we left the restaurant. It is important to add that we wanted to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The whole night was disappointing and frustrating. We have been to other hard-rock Cafés, we have never experienced this unprofessionalism , ignorance and arrogance ever before anywhere else. Sadly but true, we found better service and professionalism afterwards in a cheap fast food restaurant than the Hard-rock Café in Munich (since we made a reservation at hard rock we didn’t think that we would need a back up one - big mistake- so we couldn’t get a table anywhere else).

Leider war das Essen nicht wie erwartet. Das Pulled Pork und die Spare Ribs waren wohl zu lange im Ofen und daher ziemlich trocken. Es gab auch zu wenig Soße dazu. Der Surf and Turf Burger war lecker. Die Getränke und Cocktails waren aber sehr gut.

The burger was not spicy. A little bit to dry. The chicken wings und the nuggets were to spicy an hot. The Onion tower was very good. The grilled chicken salad was okay. The chicken was dry, but the cheese was very good. With the sauce from the Tower was the chicken good to eat. The service was friendly and helpful. The price is to high for the quality you get.

Waren zu meinem Geburtstag mit den Kindern da. Bedienung war sehr feindlich und nett! Leider aber auch mit jedem Glas und Zettel einzel beschäftigt. Tische werden insgesamt nur sehr langsam abgeräumt wenn Gäste weg sind - dann sitzt man zwischen vermüllten Tischen. Und dann warten warten warten - bis wer kommt zum nachfragen, usw. Nach der Speisekarte für eine Nachspeise mussten wir fragen (statt die Bedienung) und dann dauert es wieder bis diese kommt. Und als wir dann mit allem fertig waren saßen wir ca 20 min vor dem leeren Geschirr bis wir zahlen konnten. Die wirklich nette Bedienung ging einfach für jedes Glas und jeden Zettel pro Tisch einzeln und hatte daher auch keine Zeit einmal zu uns zu schauen. Wie gesagt - freundlich und nett - aber kein Service. Andere Servicekräfte eher gelangweilt. Ich habe beim rausgehen einen Paar mit Kinderwagen die Tür aufgehalten - die 2 Typen am Empfang haben zugesehen und gewartet bis sie drin sind

Da wir reserviert hatten, kamen wir gleich an unseren Tisch. Der Kellner war sehr nett und schnell. Er war gut gelaunt und das hat Spaß gemacht. Die Getränke kamen schnell genauso wie das Essen. Wir hatten jeweils einen Salt und die MC Cheese dazu. Der Salat war frisch zubereitet und war sehr sehr lecker! Wir waren zufrieden, wie jedesmal wenn wir hier vorbei kommen. Reservieren vorab lohnt sich immer. Vielen Dank!

Wir saßen 20 Minuten am Tisch, ohne auf den Kellner zu warten. Uns wurde nicht einmal ein Getränk angeboten. Zur gleichen Zeit, während wir warteten, saßen Leute, die nach uns kamen, an Nachbartischen, denen Getränke und Bestellungen gebracht wurden. Ich bin sehr empört über diese Haltung und verstehe nicht, was eine solche Diskriminierung gegen uns verursacht haben könnte. Die Stimmung war verdorben. Ich möchte diesen Ort nicht mehr besuchen.

Obwohl ich eine Stunde vor meiner eigentlichen Reservierung dort erschien wurde mir sofort ein Tisch für drei bereitgestellt. Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut was auch für die gewohnt gute und freundliche Bedienung gilt. Der Geräuschpegel darf nicht kritisiert werden, die abgespielte Musik Videos sind eigentlich eines der vielen Gründe warum man dort hin geht. Am Ende wurde mir noch ein 25€ Gutschein für meinen nächsten Besuch überreicht. Also alles bestens.

The worst service of all Hard Rock in the world. Grocery attendants. We were 8 people, and we had to reserve 2 tables of 4 people. We asked them to stay close, the attendants said they couldn't. Upon entering, we saw ulinumerous tables nearby and empty. Why couldn't we stay close? In addition, it took us 30 minutes to be served and endless minutes to receive the food and drink. Terrible! The worst Hard Rock in the world.

the waiter that served us was an absolute nightmare he has no people skills requires to address his personal hygiene did not listen to the orders even after re explaining i suggest he under goes training on the 25th evening we had waiter Nelson whom was exceptional

Excellent place! I loved both the bar for a drink or for eating even. Tables are also well distributed and comfortable, however, it is more noisy. The food was excellent and tasty. I would have liked a really spicy sauce together with the onion rings. The hostess was fantastic and the waitress too. Also the people at the bar were really nice. And they all speak English (for the non-German speakers). I had a very nice time there.

The tables are so close, you keep touching chair with next table. I made the reservation table and ask for happy birthday to my Mom, the reception girls, are so friendly to congratulate my Mom, but the service forgot and didn’t bring a candy / birthday candles to sing a happy birthday. It was a disappointment.

Good vibes, absolutely terrible food. Recommended for a drink (preferably beer cuz it is hard to ruin), I wouldn’t recommend for dinner.
