   Everything about this place is top notch ! The location, the service, the ambience and then of course is the food ! It might sound goofy to some, but try the slab bacon appetizer......that's all I'm going to say.

   Food was good, atmosphere great as always, service was below par for an upscale restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant was half empty. The waiter. was very late to introduce himself and ask for drinks. Our order was incorrect, refills had to be asked for and we felt very rushed. Overall, I was disappointed.

   Food was amazing- loved the Brussels sprouts burrata salad, fresh bread and perfectly cooked and seasoned steak. Cocktails and wine were tasty. Service was attentive. Only reason for the four star ambiance is that when we booked online we requested a balcony table and none were available. My seat faced the entrance to the kitchen and I could partially see in which was a little distracting. May not have been an issue for someone else but I wanted to explain myself. It won’t keep us from returning.

    It was perfect. Everyone went above and beyond for our evening. Food was delicious. Only minor drawback was the frequency of the server's visits but it was a busy night and he had a lot of other large tables so it wasn't terrible.

    Overall the experience was ok. The ambiance and the food were great. We went with a group of 5 to celebrate a birthday and all the dishes from the steak, pastas, salads, soups and burgers all looked very good and no complains from anyone eating the items. The only draw back was the service, and unfortunately what felt like no service. There was no real communication from our server and there was this feeling that we were annoying her by being there. The entire process for us to order was unfortunately a bit drawn out, it was a challenge to make any request including water. We waiting for about 40 minutes before being able to put an appetizer request, an 1 hour and a half before we were able to provide our dinner choices, and no real possibility for asking for anything else because no one would come over. It doesn’t really make you feel comfortable when you see the tables around you finishing up even after some came 30 minutes or more after you. Our situation had us sitting with the menu wondering what is going on. A big issue was the communication, no one really checked on us and when our server would eventually come it was simply underwhelming experience with her. Overall though, the food was great and our specific situation is catered to one server, hopefully for other guests, I hope they have a much better service experience as visually other sections were having an amazing time. We recognize this was a one off, unfortunately it had to happen on a special occasion and this was our experience.

    Great late lunch. Service was great. Had 14oz bone in filet and meatloaf. Shrimp cocktail 🔥 and wedge salad. Great atmosphere and food was great.

    New server Not well enough trained, Busboy was attentive. Management did not follow up after complaint at reception desk. I have been coming here and downtown Steakhouse for years. Never had a bad experience at your restaurants before. This one need fixing.

    Great venue. Steak restaurant without baked potatoes seemed strange. Service was ok. Server seemed a little overwhelmed. Food was exceptional and portions were large. Definitely great value for price. Wine selection was stellar.

    We met up with special friends to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We chose Harry & Izzy's because we have had such pleasant dining experiences here in the past and this evening was equally so. The waitstaff were very pleasant and attentive throughout the evening. The food was delicious -- calamari, for our starter, rib eye steaks, mashed potatoes with all of the fun stuff, green beans -- and everything we ordered was perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. We finished our meal with the New York cheesecake with raspberry sauce -- what a treat! A most delightful evening!

    I enjoy my date night with my fiancé, the environment was great the service was great, the waitress was energetic and explained everything that was asked perfectly, the whole experience was great and will definitely continue to enjoy the restaurant for every other visit

    Wonderful dinner! We had a great, quiet table by the wine cellar and our server Bryce was just awesome! Personable and professional…he made some great recommendations and he checked on us without being intrusive. We’ll be back!

    Service by Royce & Paul was great; food was delicious, however the 40 minute wait to receive it was extremely frustrating and disappointing for a sandwich and the blackened cod entree. Kitchen staff need to be upgraded, retrained or supplemented in order to reduce the wait time. Table of 3 next to us only ordered 4 sliders and ordered same time as we did.. their food arrived after ours!

    The only thing giving this a 1 star rating is the fact that the food was great and that I got a close parking spot. I attended the restaurant with guests expecting to show them a great night out but the service here was so far from great. I’m not sure if it was an off night for the staff or that they just had their “B-Team” for a Friday night but that’s the feeling we had walking out. For starters our server had quite the stick up her a** the entire time serving us and other tables around us. Us and the tables she was serving never received the bread that is given out in the beginning of the meal, so we all ultimately had to request it from other staff members. Our table and another table also heard her complaining about one of the tables she was waiting on behind their back all because they asked her to box up a good amount of food. She also never cleared any of our plates from previous courses and not once offered to refill our water. Another thing is that she brought over our appetizers without even giving us forks + plates so we can share them amongst each other. Then comes dinner… our entrees were great, but for the food we had boxed up, our server ultimately did not bring them back bagged up like every other table in our dining section. Lastly, dessert. We received our bread pudding (which was great) from a manager that evening. And it seemed as if the only thing that seemed to put a smile on his face was the pile of whip cream on top of the bread pudding that he brought to our table. Not only did we not have forks or plates for this yet again, the manager said he’d be right back with forks and plates so it doesn’t get cold but vanished for 5-7 minutes while our dessert ultimately got cold. And to keep it short I think he had something much bigger up his a** than our server this evening. The best part about it was when we addressed this at the conclusion of our meal, one of the managers made the excuse that he had been chewed out for the same stuff all night

    Our server brought our shrimp cocktail and our salad at the same time and then in a very short time before we were even half way finished with those she brought out our soup and sliders. Our soup was not hot by the time we finished with our salad and shrimp cocktail. I committed to her that the food was coming out too fast, she said sorry and that was all. We didn’t even have room on our table for all the dishes. I have never had this before and I have eaten at this location many times. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me and I was embarrassed that this happened.

    We had a nice meal and great service. Our waitress was Tenasia (or something like that - sorry if I got it completely wrong!). She was very attentive without hovering, and allowed us time to chat before ordering.

    Steaks and chops were meh. Chops were particularly dry. Took quite a while for server to show up at table and she wasn’t particularly friendly. I’ve had better food and service at lower tier chain restaurants
