I would have given this five stars in everything, but for the restaurant to not honor our 7pm reservation (we were seated at 7:25) defeated the purpose of using Open Table in the first place. Additionally, people without reservations and people with reservations after ours were seated before we were. Considering how great everything and everyone else was, I was surprised at how surly and inconsistent the head-of-house guy (shaved head with goatee) was. Don’t get me wrong—-the servers, the cooks, the bartenders, literally everyone else in house were fantastic. I just don’t think the management at the front of house understood the definition of “reservation”, and then was nasty and unapproachable when questioned.
