JORY, the signature restaurant at The Allison Inn & Spa, now offers the option of an exquisite multi-course dinner tasting menu—available in 4, 5 or 7 courses—celebrating the region’s seasonal bounty. Each thoughtfully crafted dish tells the story of this remarkable place, with curated wine pairings from our renowned cellar.

In addition to our tasting menu, à la carte Brunch and Dinner menus are offered throughout the dining room and living room seating areas. Reservations are highly encouraged, and are available up to 90 days in advance.

Our catering facilities are perfect for weddings, parties, corporate events, board meetings, conferences, executive retreats and large events in our 4,500 sq. ft ballroom.

Experience everything on our multi-course dinner tasting menu in our Private Dining Room, which seats 12 people and features its own outdoor terrace. Lovely brunch. They celebrated two birthday girls with cupcakes at the end. We also appreciated tour of the property by hotel manager. Great service/customer experience from start to finish. Michelle

Always love coming here for breakfast and dinner. Our last dinner was the tasting menu and was very expensive and I don’t think it was worth what it was, so we will probably just not do the tasting menu next time and just get the regular food for dinner.

We experienced the 5 course dinner with wine pairings. Well executed, beautifully plated and delicious. I had business guests in from So. Cal and they were impressed. While the servings were smaller than the regular ones, we were all pleasantly full at the end.

Beautiful surroundings, serene view, great service. The avocado toast was just average. The French toast bites were dry. Will go again, but will try something else.

We went on Christmas Eve for the limited menu Holiday Dinner. The food was engaging, the service impeccable, and the ambience just what we needed, allowing for relaxing and pleasant conversation. A well deserved break from the bustle of the season.
