    We sat outside on a Saturday morning, and you should expect a lot of noisy traffic and booze carts rolling by at 11am. I felt the food was overall pretty good, but definitely overpriced at $40 Mexican Chilaquiles, horchata and coffee. I didn't find it outstanding compared to other mexican restaurants in the area for less than half this price. Dinner might be a better option for this restaurant.

    Was our first time eating at La Condesa. Strongly recommend. Our daughter had just graduated from UT and we were looking for a restaurant to celebrate. Reservations easy to make. We had to switch the time so I emailed the restaurant and they immediately responded and glad to help. Loved the varying options on the menu for apps/small plates vs entrees. Food delicious and staff attentive. We will be back and not hesitant to recommend.

    La Condesa is a really fun atmosphere with good food and pretty ambiance. While for the most part our experience was good, there are a few things that I would let everyone know to consider before you go. As I said, the food was good but we felt for the price that they charge, it was rather high for the portions sizes that you received. The margaritas were good having ordered a pitcher but there again, we felt the price was a complete rip off considering the pitcher had a lot of ice in it. Please note at least for us, there was an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill which was something I was not expecting in addition to a "4%" employee wellness fund which is disclosed on the menu. I am normally a very good (20%+) tipper but felt that our waitress really missed the mark as far as attentiveness and at times came off as very rude. Again, overall it was good but do feel that everyone should be aware on what to expect.

    The venue has a cool aesthetic. The food was nice but expensive for the size. The Tiradito was one dimensional as the “leche” was too overpowering. The home made tortilla was delicious and Carne Asada was great and perfectly cooked. Maybe a little too western palate orientated was hoping for a little more contemporary Mexican fare.

    We were only the third table to be seated in the restaurant on Sunday morning. and still we sat for 10 minutes before our server made it to the table. She took some time to chat with other servers and drink some coffee before coming to see if we wanted coffee. Food was tasty, but paid too much $$ for a tiny, mediocre cortado.

    Overpriced drinks were the only positive thing about our dinner. $20 queso appetizer tasted like stoner food I could have made on a random Sunday morning. The rest of the incredibly tiny menu was outrageously priced and we just left without ordering anything further. This place used to be amazing, very sad to see what it’s become.

    Food was overwhelmingly fresh, rich and delicious! Guac was inventive and flavorful; margaritas were spot on! First table we were seated at was LOUD and did not want to spend the night shouting! We were moved to the other side of the restaurant and we were able to have a conversation and hear each other. Service was slow and inattentive - needs improvement.     Walked in and were sat immediately. It was a slow night and the staff was very attentive. The server was great. Each dish that came out was broken down and explained the backstory behind it. The corn tortillas were hand made and they tasted like it! If we could have taken a bag full home we would have. The food we plentiful and delicious.     The food was amazing! We got the guacamole, esquites and the short rib quesadilla. What made our experience even better was our server, Mo. She walked us through the menu including vegetation options we inquired about. Drinks are fantastic, but pricey. All food and drinks came out very quick. Will definitely go back when I feel like spending a little extra
