    The food was excellent and expensive. The service was fabulous. We had Manny and he was fun and professional and what one would expect in an upscale restaurant. The entire wait staff was well trained and attentive the ambiance was lovely. Definitely a great addition to Vero Beach and we look forward to going back.

    My wife and I have been coming her for 8 years since we moved to Vero Beach. We almost always order the sizzling steak (filet). It is on par with the best steak houses we have been to. The ambiance is wonderful. Overlooking the pool and the interior is upper scale. We can't say enough good things about the staff - they are as good as the food! David is exceptional. Ask for him whenever you get a chance. Friendly, helpful and sincere. He will be honest with you if you enquire about a particular dish. This is Gloria Estaphan's establishment and hotel. She has spared no expense to make this exceptional.

    Our dining experience at Cobalt was exceptional. Our waiter Nick was personable and professional and helped to make our celebration special. The food, service and view were excellent. We would highly recommend this restaurant and the hospitality of the staff was most appreciated.
