    We went for our 38th anniversary and Aurum sure delivered. Right on the river, with friendly, attentive service, lovely patio, and nice indoor options. We had the elk dish and the Peruvian chicken special - both were really unique, tasty, and fabulously presented. Drinks menu very good, and we enjoyed our complementary glass of bubbles to help us celebrate. Definitely on the go to list for any Steamboat Springs visit!

    We have dined before at Primrose and decide to try the dry aged steak, cut tableside. What an experience. The steak was probably the best steak I've ever enjoyed. It was so tender and tasty. I would definitely recommend this to any steak lover. The drinks and sides are equally great! Their staff and service is the best in Steamboat.

    Ore House delivered on the prime rib experience - nice cut of ribeye (cooked med rare, as I ordered it!), baked potato w/ sour cream and chives, broccoli, bread and salad bar! Talk about a classic! Everything was delicious and well prepared. The Pear Martini from the cocktail menu was delicious. Our server was great! It's been a while since I've been to a place with salad bar! Reminded me of growing up - everybody at the table getting up with their plates, very nostalgic and fun! :) Salad bar was clean (important!) and appetizing, good quality stuff. Great dinner spot for our 1 night stay in Steamboat!

    We came here to celebrate our anniversary and our server, Heather, greeted us with a glass of champagne. She was fabulous, as was our dinner. We started with Pork and Sprouts which was a nice departure from the typical crispy Brussel sprouts that most restaurants have on the menu these days. The bolognese was the best I've ever had and the short rib entree was spectacular. We had been here for lunch before, but never dinner. Now we can't wait to go back!
