    Kind of a quiet night which was great so we could chat. Gavin’s salad was excellent as usual. Lovely cocktails. Very chilled and crisp. Bit disappointed that after we ordered the special was sold out(and forgot to tell our server?). So had to switch it up but hey comped the dessert special which was yummy

    What a lovely tea we had at the Empress hotel. Our server had been working there for 57 years she was adorable. Everything was perfect. The empresses tea is lovely the food and dessert are quite a lot. I loved the older Victorian ambiance before after all its tea. I’m not a fan of the more modern look.
