Incredible food and service! The steak was so good and the crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had

Our first visit. The restaurant kindly allowed us to switch where we were seated, which gave us a nice view of the room. Our server, Ian, was excellent, so thoughtful and helpful to guide us with the menu, especially in my case of having to be gluten free. He also helped us find a wine similar to the one we had seen on the online menu and had hoped to taste. The food was fresh, and flavorful. The ravioli starter particularly pleased my husband. The only dish that needed something more was the crème brûlée because the custard didn’t have the richness we expect. We will return. Note that it was hard, as it usually is, for a vegetarian who can’t eat gluten to find a warm dish. But that is not unusual. The menu was full of savory choices and the staff members were professional and helpful.

We spent the night at Windcreek and ate at Fire Steakhouse. we were celebrating our birthdays. we were greeted with a smile from the hostess, our serve staff (Andrea) a new enthusiastic employee (matthew), the young lady that brought us bread made with Japanese milk (yum). they all made us feel special. we split a wedge salad, filet, lobster tail, baked potato and creamed spinach. Wish we could have met the chef and had the opportunity to thank him because everything was cooked to perfection. They ended our dinner with Bon Bons and a rose for me!

The food was quite tasty and it was coupled with excellent service. A wonderful culinary experience.
