Wonderfully creative. Great service. Warm atmosphere. I cannot overstate what a pleasure it was to eat at Atchafalaya. Flavors I never thought of mixing working so well together.
Atchafalaya is now one of two restaurants on our “must do” list whenever we are in New Orleans.
We had a great experience at cure!! Staff was warm and friendly and took their time with each table even though they were super busy! Drinks were delicious! Great mushroom toast and charcuterie board!! Nice to have so many vegetarian options!
Everything about Jack Rose was amazing!!!! Our waitress Misty was very kind and attentive. The crawfish cornbread and fried chicken parmesan was delicious!!!!! Better than anything I’ve ever tasted. This place is great for taking pictures. I’ll definitely dine again when visiting New Orleans!
Started in 1943, the restaurant originally called Barrow's Shady Inn, and made a name for itself with its fried catfish (fried catfish was the only entree and potato salad was the only side at the original location). Its new name celebrates that: Barrow's Catfish.
