Restaurants near Beacon Rock Golf Course

I LOVED this place, took my wife for her birthday and the food and service was great, enjoyed seeing the river, birds and boats through the window. Our only snag was a family with several young children with screens with the volume up and it took some of the experience away. That’s not the establishment’s fault, I wish people read the room better than the way do. They prepped the table with cute birthday favors and other surprises. Great experience, we’ll be back!

It's been over forty years since we had been to this mainstay in Portland dining, and it did not disappoint! Not to be missed? The onion rings, of course! And, while we did not order the wedge salad, I certainly will the next time. The top sirloin - baseball cut - was terrific, and I've never met a potato I didn't like. I did bring half of each of them home to enjoy for lunch the next day, but that's half the fun of too much food! Our waiter was excellent, the cocktails (house Manhattan) and wine were too. The hallmark of a good steakhouse, I believe, is there should be a quiet, clubby vibe - and the Ringside fulfills this to a tee. I can't wait to go back (and, I'm NOT waiting another 40-years!

our waitress was amazing! we had never been here before and the place was very cute, was just a little thrown off by some yelling nearby haha! but that’s portland for you. food was very good, and i loved the pizza scissors. :)

Easily said..... Food was great! We ate multiple breakfast, multiple lunch and multiple dinners. Spot on each time. Food was top notch and service was outstanding.
