Our family first arrived in America from Italy in 1927 by way of Ellis Island. I'm inspired by the traditional approach my Nona took to cooking in our kitchen growing up.​Simple dishes, the absolute best ingredients available, and a lot of love.     We had a delightful evening at Decant. The service was friendly and responsive. We started with the duck wings, which were messy and fun to eat. The next course was the scallops and they were our only disappointment. They tasted great, but the small cubes of scallops did not provide the mouth feel we anticipated. We had the lamb as our entree (we shared all the dishes) and I look forward to having this entree again. The lamb was so tender and cooked exactly to our medium rare request. The polenta and vegetables were great accompaniments. We shared a fabulous wine with this meal. We finished with the apple tart and some great tawny port. Dinner at Decant should be an occasion and it definitely was for us!

    Nice restaurant in downtown Medford. Food and service was excellent. Only issue for us was the noise level. We asked to be moved and they accommodated our request promptly. Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Top notch special event experience at Dancin. Spit roasted pork and barbecued salmon masterfully curated into several delicious dishes. All rounded out with great music from Jeff Kloetzel. The wines were perfect compliments to each dish (En L'Air Rosé, Emboîté Pinot Noir, library '18 Septette Pinot Noir, and Finale Port Style Pinot Noir).

    Overall the food is very good, and service was great. But beware that the shrimp in their "Fish (Shrimp) & Chips" are basically very small bay shrimp with an abundance of breading.
