My girlfriend and I recently dined at the Rusty Scupper, and I can say that it is excellent. We had a reservation a were quickly seated at a table with a lovely view of the Inner Harbor. It was excellent setting to have a relaxing meal after a day enjoying the many sights that the Inner Harbor. Our meals were amazing I had the rockfish while she dined on stuffed shrimp. Both were well prepared and came with sizable proportions that were quite filling even after we had walked several miles through out the day. The service was great, with attentive and friendly waitress who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Next time I'm in Baltimore, it will first on my list for a dinner outing.

The best part of the experience at RST was our waitress, Michelle. She was on point with recommendations and her personality and attitude were very warm and welcoming. The food did not disappoint. Neither did the atmosphere and the beauty of the restaurant. But by far, it was the experience of our server that made the evening outstanding for our girls night out!

Long time customer. Promptly seated and greeted by server. Good service throughout the meal. Always enjoy the jumbo motz sticks app. Bronzino for two of us-tasty. Only negative for this senior is the blasting music. Challenging to carry on a conversation. Valet parking at $10 is expensive but nice service. Always enjoy my visits.

A wonderful addition to the area! The menu is festive and blends elements of a classic steakhouse with a modern touch. Ideal setting for a business dinner or celebration. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and our servers Stephanie and Carla went out of their way to make it special! We got an extra dessert and some champagne, they even gave my husband a card!

First off, use the valet. So what, it's 15 bucks plus the tip. You would spend that at any garage or street parking..really...not for me. Had 5:30 reservations on Labor Day. The hostess greeted us and we were seated right away. Our server was "Marissa". She was fabulous. She first walked us through some drink offerings and gave us a little time to consider our drinks. After the drinks arrived, only a short time, she walked us through some of the offerings on the menu and the "specials". She answered questions and gave great feed back. We opted for the calamari appetizer. It was great. This is not some coated and deep fried stuff. This is top quality calamari matched with fregola sarda, olives, capers and a hint of spice...outstanding dish We opted for two half portions of pasta as a second course. The squid ink campanelle was outstanding. The pasta, crab meat, cream and basil all came together and made wonderful flavors. We also liked the Lobster Ravaoli. The lobster cream sauce was balanced nicely. The ravioli were soft and tender in the middle and a perfect "to the teeth" on the outside. I have read some people that complain about the "bite" of the ravioli. They clearly have no idea what Al-dente means. Theses were excellent. The grilled sword fish was a huge portion (took a doggie bag) served over fresh seasonal veggies. The flavors worked perfectly. The short rib was fall apart tender and rich and flavorful. The pickled kohlrabi (which I have never had) added a wonderful contrast of sweet and sour. We were there for a birthday occasion, "Marissa" provided us with a complimentary dessert, which I thought was a wonderful thing to do. Would definitely go again. Cost, well folks you get what you pay for. We go out three or four times a year to a really "nice place". I have no complaints about the pricing. Reservation - definitely. Ask to work with Marissa. One of the best servers we have ever worked with.
