Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Today was busy, the restaurant is packed. We were running a little late and the communication with the restaurant is easy. They are on the dot with communications, so grateful. Busy busy but the standard of the food and services is top notch. I really enjoy that the restaurant keep such high standard. Value for money !!

The food was amazing. The tuna tostada was out of this world good. The server was very nice and accommodating. We sat upstairs and had a lovely view of the park. Met a long time friend I hadn’t seen in a while and was a good place to catch up with great food.

We sat at the bar downstairs and had an amazing experience watching the bartender mix up cocktails and enjoying the convivial atmosphere. My favorite drink was the fig martini, yum!
