    Very nice experience. We were fortunate to have dined before a group of 14 arrived at which time it would have been seriously loud. Ambience was great and servers were attentive and helpful. Starters were delicious- short rib and ham croquettes. Entrees of whoever-fish sole was good but not great. Overall, we recommend Sagardi.

    Our meal was delicious. The chicken in the paella was a bit dry but the flavors were amazing. Our server was incredible. She was a lovely young woman from Serbia. A great spot to try!

    The food is fabulous and ambiance is charming. The location is on one of those narrow ancient pedestrian only streets. Our waiter was trying to upscale on wine to the most expensive bottle and it clearly felt like up selling. Then after an hour he brought us the bill and asked us to leave because people were waiting for the table. This behavior just doesn't happen in Valencia. Perhaps this rushing is because it is the beginning of Las Fallas on a Saturday. I highly recommend this place
