What an incredible meal we had at Gather in Jackson, WY! The menu is full of some amazing choices, so it was difficult to make a decision. My husband started with the house salad which he loved. I had the peach and arugula salad and really enjoyed it.
Entree's we enjoyed were the trout and the fried rice with chicken, which were both amazing! We finished with the flourless chocolate cake served with ice cream, cream anglaise and ganache. Such exciting flavors and truly enjoyed the experience.
